When I first came across Forest of the Blue Skin, I went into the game thinking I will be slashing some weird blue bitches or dudes, you know, like the type from that Avatar film. But when I made my way to this game, I found it rather intriguing, thrilling, and demanding, all at the same time.

If you’re a freak when it comes to Japanese games, especially the erotic type, then you’ll dig the experience and fun that this game offers. It just so happens that there’s a trend that has been around for the last few years as far as platformers digging deep on this genre, much to the enjoyment of us erotic gaming lovers.

Also known as FOBS, this game was developed by one Zell23 back in 2018 and has been updated frequently over time, although it seems to have plateaued over the last few months.

However, this game has evolved over the few years it has been around to become one of a kind. Although the basis is pretty much the same with other similar games – the gameplay is about avoiding obstacles (mostly horny bitches that want to milk the cum out of you) where if you are cornered and forced to blow your load (when you shouldn’t), then it’s game over for you.

Before I jump ahead of myself and spill the beans, let’s take a step back and take a closer look at this game.

Don’t get it twisted, the name of this game might make you think this is some sort of a fucked up science fiction stuff. However, this is a game with its storyline and one that isn’t about some weird blue-skinned aliens.

That isn’t to say you won’t find some entertaining characters in this game. And as you’d expect, the characters keep changing, you can say advancing, during the different updates.

But one thing is for sure, you’ll find them at pretty much every corner, and they are hell-bent on getting you off.

When I took the dive and landed in the world of these horny bitches, I had a few close shaves with some of them. In one room there were several horny BBW sluts who wanted to crush me to orgasm, I had to slay them all to get to the other end.

And make it to the exit I did, only to jump into yet another challenge. There are waves meant to knock the wind out of your sails, a freaking sea monster that will pin you and force you to suck on its boobs and cum.

On another day I came around this turn where there’s a goddamn chick whom you should attack and have her scare you, but every time I’d try to scare the living daylight out of her, she was having none of it. Quite a bummer, but it seems like it’s part of the game, perhaps I was doing something wrong, or just some sort of a glitch may be.

Then there’s also this puzzle with a slime doll where you need to screw her on a platform to open a door. Simply put, there's no shortage of characters and destinations that you can explore in this game, it’s all down to the version that you’re playing. But this also depends on how well you can master it and how much fun you want.

Game Design

Sounds simple enough, right? I thought so too. I mean, the rule of the game is just to go around knocking horny sluts out of your way, keep them from making you cum, and you’re on your way to victory. Sign me up!

It didn’t take long before I was humbled. So much so, that I almost hated this game altogether. To be honest, I hated it at some point, and hated Zell23 too for throwing a virtually endless forest at me and expecting me to resist the temptation of all those horny sluts.

So yeah, don’t get cocky just yet, this game (and mostly the horny bitches) will have you by the balls. But hey, don’t think it is designed to make you fail; it’s just that it takes a few tries to get the hang of things.

The thing is, there’s no tutorial to help newbies figure out how to go about different challenges, something I think Zell23 should look into. Even then, I’m also of the opinion that once you learn the ropes, the difficulty of the challenges turns from being frustrating to giving you quite the rush to give you the fulfillment you need and keep you yearning for more.

Remember, the idea is to steer clear, or take out those bitches lurking around every corner with one sole purpose – to drain the cum out of you. The closer you are to cumin, the more vulnerable you become, and if you make it out of one challenge when hanging by a thread, all it takes is the next opponent getting the best of you and teasing you ever so slightly and you’re down for the count.

You shoot you lose, it’s that simple.

I know, it sounds counterintuitive that you have to avoid those monsters that want to make you cum, while you’re playing the game to satisfy your fap urges, right? Well, it seems playing a little hard-to-get game doesn’t hurt, does it?

Trust me, after you make it out of several encounters, and get to keep your load inside, the thrill of the game starts becoming all the more real, and yes, it starts to make sense.

Mobile/Desktop Experience

One of the few things that I found to be a bummer in this game includes the fact that we can only download it on a desktop.

There’s no mobile version available at the moment. That’s a deal-breaker for us freaks who love to enjoy the action on the go. Even on a desktop, it seems the only operating system that you can run this game on is Windows, I think it would be great to have a version for Mac users as well.

What I like about Spnati

A lot to There’s a lot to love about this game. The surprises, twists and turns, the unpredictability of the characters, and the fun are just mind-blowing.

There’s also an old-school feel to it (if you love dot pixel-style games then you understand what I’m talking about) which not only makes it unique but also takes the fun to a whole new level altogether.

It’s also cool that Zell23 went as far as translating the game, thus opening its doors to us all who do not understand Japanese. Otherwise, we’d be missing out on all this action, or having a hard time figuring things out by guessing.

And… call me a perv, but I have to add this one here too… I love it when that slime girl rides me as if her life depended on it.

What I hate about Spnati

I’m kinda sad that Zell23 seems to have moved on to other stuff and pushed this game to the back burner. It would have been great if it is completed and we had all the versions to explore.

He might come back to it one of these days, but as of now, we don’t know for sure when or if he will, and that’s my biggest gripe so far.

Conclusion

If you love dot pixel-style games like I do, then you’ll love this one. It might be tough at first, and a bit frustrating when you can’t seem to have the edge you want, but don’t let it put you down. As long as you keep exploring, figuring shit out, and learning, you can bet you’ll start to enjoy this game with time.

Besides, the game’s thread on F95Zone is active and very handy for those who are stuck, you can drop your questions there and (fingers crossed) someone will come through and help you out. You can also do a quick search of any issue you’re having and see if someone solved it before.

 This can be a quicker way to get a fix since there’s a good chance others have previously run into the issues you’re facing, and possibly pointed them out and solutions found.
